RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We recommend you return your items using the packaging your order arrived in. If you're unable to do this, please find a suitable alternative. Make sure the original packaging that came with your order is also protected within your returned packaging. If you return your item without protecting the original packaging that came with your order, you may not receive your refund.
How to Return:
- Send us a return request email at moresensesshop@gmail.com
- State each item you would like to return and your reason for returning.
- If your order is eligible for the return, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Place each item you're returning with any boxes or cases that came with your order inside the packaging.
- Items must be returned undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. After the 7 day return window has passed, we will no longer accept any returns.
Refund Policy:
- Once the receipt of the returned package(s) has been confirmed by the warehouse, a refund will be issued to the payment method you used when you placed the order, excluding the delivery costs. Please allow 3-5 business days for the money to appear in your account.
- If you paid sales tax in the original purchase price, this will also be included in your refund. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You can follow the return of your package using the tracking number on your Returns Label.
Faulty Items:
If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please email us at moresensesshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
