+ Orders from the Rest of the World qualify for free shipping once the total of shipped items reaches C$300, pre-tax and after discount.

+ All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout. 

+ Please note that your package may be assessed for import or customs fees on entry into the destination country. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. We are unable to provide rate quotes for customs and/or duty fees as they vary by country and goods purchased. Fees are calculated based on the value of the order and are collected prior to delivery based on local regulations.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer free local delivery to most customers in the GTA. Place your order by noon and receive your order within the next two business days. Orders are typically delivered from 5-10pm Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).  

Your phone number will be required for receiving real-time tracking updates and delivery estimates so you can be sure your package is arriving with you safely. Please note that someone must be at the address to receive the package. 

If you are not available to receive the package and it is returned to us, an additional fee may be required for redelivery.

 

SHIPPING TIME

North America: 3-10 Business Days

Rest of the world: 10-20 Business Days  

Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process your order before the parcel is shipped. Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on the time from dispatch. Note that fulfillment times can vary especially during sales and holidays. Exact timelines may vary. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try our best to minimize any potential delays. 

 

ORDER TRACKING

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing all the details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days. 

We will keep you updated with tracking information and estimated delivery date. If you order multiple items, please note that your order might be shipped in separate parcels. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. Note that we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been processed by the warehouse.
